The 341 meeting is also called the meeting of creditors. At the meeting of creditors, the trustee, who’s been appointed by the court, will oversee the meeting. The trustee will ask you questions about your income, your expenses, your assets and liabilities. Even though it’s called a meeting of creditors, most of the time creditors do not appear at the meeting and all you have to do is answer questions of the trustee.
