Attorney Clare Sullivan was born and raised in Connecticut before relocating to Florida to pursue her education and legal career. She graduated cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science before earning her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2024, where she also received a Certificate of Concentration in Elder Law.


During law school, Clare served as the Public Relations Chair of the Elder Law Society, was an editor for the Journal of Aging Law and Policy, and volunteered with Bay Area Legal Services. These experiences helped develop her commitment to providing thoughtful and client-focused legal representation.


Clare’s practice focuses primarily on Chapter 7 bankruptcy, consumer debt litigation, student loan adversary proceedings, and estate planning. She is dedicated to providing personalized attention to each client, taking the time to understand their individual circumstances and concerns. Clare strives to guide her clients through each step of the legal process and ensure they receive the knowledgeable representation and support they need.
